"First and foremost, the best thing about this place was the customer service. Our cashier was top knotch, extremely helpful, and kind. The ambiance and environment were great. Love the decor and vibes inside. However, that's where the praise ends for us after our experience here. Obviously the most important thing about a restaurant when you go is the food. After spending $40 for two people and seeing the great reviews, we thought for sure we were in for a magical experience. Our taste buds were sadly let down. The tacos tasted like the imposter ones your parents make for you from the grocery store. I want to go somewhere to eat something I can't make at home or would be too complicated to make at home. Very bland with limited seasoning. Ingredients felt too basic. The chips are for sure Tostitos and the queso tasted like Tostitos queso blanco with some veggies and meat thrown in. If you take the lobster and beef cubes out of the tacos themselves, it was better. Those two meat options were solid on their own. Overall, so let down. Won't be returning unfortunately. There's a food truck down the street that has much better tacos."

"Pizzas and cheesy bread were each overcooked (burnt). Expected more cheese on the bread. It was very dry and brunt. Sub was dry needed mayo or dressing or something. Wings were flavorful, but way overcooked."

"I find it disrespectful, I sit at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. I then ordered a Diet Coke. No one pointed out to me they were out of large cups. I then pay go to the window and am handed a small Diet Coke. I was the rudely asked is this not yours. I said I order a diet Coke I think. She goes yeah this is it rudely again. I then said I wanted a large Diet Coke. I’m then greeted with a response of well we don’t have large cups and we won’t get them till the truck gets here. The truck keep in mind was there and was blocking off the entire parking lot. I did not appreciate the rude service and did not appreciate the lack of communication before I had bought the Diet Coke. If I was told they were out of large cups I would’ve gone to a gas station to purchase one. But instead they allowed me to purchase the small under a false notion that I was thinking I was purchasing a large."
