I was very impressed by the customer service of d and britta. I was charged for the wrong order, so I went back to get a refund. the manager told me that I have to come back in the morning, but d took the initiative to ask me when I came and what I ordered to call the other manager (britta) and get my refund. it was busy and he still took the time to help me. britta was out and she took the time to go through the ref... Come here every morning for breakfast last two times they didn't have any food cooked in the morning and today we sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes nobody answered the intercom the window or the telephone it's going to go spend my money elsewhere just left Wendy's again after not coming here for a week and once again nobody's answering the intercom or the door but they're supposed to been open for 45 minutes now n...
