What User doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
I ordered online and went to the drive-thru to pick up my food. When I arrived, I noticed they had forgotten one of the starters I ordered. The staff informed me that I would need to make a 40-minute drive back to resolve the issue in person. This was my last visit to Zaxby's. They still owe me $5, but I don't expect to get it.
