Mcdonald's - Spruce Grove

Went here at 1 am in the drive thru and I ordered fresh fries and 2 drinks. Got to second window and paid got my food . Fries were cold and stale and I didn’t get my one drink but got the second and asked where my other drink is so I asked where it is and he said I didn’t order it, so I Went back around to the window and told him I wanted fresh fries not stale. He said ok, he came back 40 seconds later, same bag same fries just reheated. I wanted to get his name but he didn’t have his name tag on. Great staff…. Not XD

Ordered mcdelivery because of the mcflurry deal, no mcflurry included and mcdoubles were burnt. ordered a happy meal for the squishmallow toy, got a nerf

McDonalds is McDonalds. It's fast food. Almost no difference from one to the next. Nothing stood out at this particular location. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was as expected. We had to wait about 5 minutes for a fish burger, but that is too be expected as they don't pre-prepare them. It was the same at every location where we have ordered a fish burger.

Rather go to this location compared to the location close to the Shell gas station. Only have unfriendly service if workers are from other places other than here. Not all are unfriendly but a lot of them.. And no, not racist against others either. Just being honest on here..

15 minutes to get a couple breakfast sandwiches. There were 3-6 young staff members staring at a screen at any given time. Half the staff had a lot of hair outside of their hair net
