We have been talking about trying this place for awhile. We weren't disappointed at all. I had the butter chicken and it was really good. My wife had Teriyaki chicken noodles with was OK and we had spring rolls that were good too. Service was friendly and pretty fast as they were quite busy. We will definitely be back. Even though there commercial on the radio is probably one of the dumbest out there. View all feedback.
What Leon Nxumalo doesn't like about Oodle Noodle:
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Terrible service, I have twice in the last 8 days ordered from here (love the food) and have twice not received my order! The first time I received confirmation of my online order and a dispatched email - no food! This time I have received the confirmation email and have called three times and emailed to amend/chase the order with no response, I am again sat at 10 pm unsure as whether to order... No idea why there are as many negative reviews as there are at the moment. Oodle Noodle is hot, fresh, healthy, and delicious every time I go in! Never had a bad dish!
Ordered the fried rice, egg rolls and a noodle dish. It took about an hour to be delivered so the food was only warm. Not bad for a franchise location. Portion sizes were decent abs the delivery guy was very friendly and courteous.
Yummy gluten free Bangkok Pad Thai. Friendly service and fresh food. I'll be back! The flavor and taste is pretty authentic.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would never eat here again nor do I recommend anyone eat there. It took so long to get me food I was contemplating getting a refund and going somewhere else, now I wish I did. The food is awful. Wonton soup was so bland I couldn't even eat it. The wontons were chewy and strange. The salad rolls were mediocre and had not flavor and a boring sauce. Like I said after it took 20 minutes for wonton soup and salad rolls I should have asked for my money back. They didn't even say 'sorry for the wait'. She just handed me the bag which I later realized had no cutlery in it. :|
Their business hours for today (Saturday) say 11am-11pm. My husband ordered online at approximately 8:30pm. Paid with his credit card. Received a bill that it went through and was charged. Paid the delivery fee and tip. Waited for over an hour. Nothing. He calls about 5 minutes ago, 9:35, to see what the status was on our order only to be told they were closed for delivery. Okay, so he asked what was to come of the charges made to his credit card and they said he would need to contact someone else, because he used the "Just Eat" link on the website. So he asks if we can just order now over the phone in the meantime and come pick our order up and they say they're closed. Funny, it says they are open until 11pm?
