Best Swiss Chalet Experience. There was three of us that went on opening day. My wife had the qtr chicken classic as did a friend. They both said it was the best chicken they have had, which is weird as we are foodies. I had the chicken on a kaiser and steamed veggies which was great but should have had the fries as i ended up eating half of my wives much to her dismay. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Swiss Chalet:
We had been missing Swiss Chalet chicken and had planned to go while in Alberta. However the chicken dinner I received was dry, over cooked and tasted like yesterday's meal! I was totally disappointed and could not believe this happened. Although the waitress did not ask me, I did let her know my feelings about this meal. Not sure what's with the new tiny sizes for the meals. I'm highly disappointed. The sides are a quarter of what they where. We didn't appreciate our meal.

I had 1/4 chicken and 1/2 rack off ribs and fries .chicken not to bad ,one taste of ribs and in the garabage.I havent had swiss chalet in years and now i dont care if i ever have it again.
I was at the Spruce Grove AB location Friday evening, the food was good but the restaurant could do with a deep clean.I was suprised to see splashes of sauce up the dividing screen between the booth section and the floor could do with a good scrub.Will not be returning to this location.
Had a wonderful lunchServer was great. First time in forever we got the warm lemon water for our hands, very impressed
