Fortune Kitchen Chinese Restaurant in Squamish may not have the most appealing exterior, but don't judge a book by its cover. The interior is clean and the food is delicious with generous portions. While some dishes like the lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken were a bit dry, the chop suey was fresh and tasty. The service started off slow but improved throughout the night. The menu may not include side dishes with the main meal, but the Mongolian beef was a hit. Despite some mixed reviews, this restaurant seems to offer standard Canadian Chinese fare that satisfies most customers. Overall, it's a decent option for anyone craving Chinese cuisine in the area, on average, Fortune Kitchen Chinese Cuisine has been rated as 3.5.
