What User doesn't like about Eagle's Nest Resort:
Lovely dining area, large windows with view, antiques & linens make it special. However, the meal was so-so with few vegetables & lacklustre meat. High priced for mediocre fare. Friendly server/manager. I had curried butternut soup which was ok and the Schnitzel a bit better but with barely cooked large pieces of carrot & a few cooked slices of red & yellow peppers. The meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. The cook was very accommodating to individual diets.
