What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The restaurant has a very unsafe environment due to poor management. They also have limited dining options available after around 7 o'clock. Every time I come here for lunch, I witness something new. There have been physical fights, verbal abuse, and threats that are not handled properly by the management. There is also a lack of employee protection. I would recommend finding another place to eat if possible. View all feedback. What User likes about Tim Hortons:
The restaurant is unique in offering artisanal dishes at a slightly higher price point. This is a great business concept. Providing coupons to give the illusion of getting a good deal on fancy meals is also clever. However, the 15-minute wait time in the drive-thru is a major downside. The food quality is subpar and the coffee is not worth trying. View all feedback.
