The reason for low stars is , they accept a booking , made on the day , but don’t tell you that it’s not a TABLE booking but a seat around a plastic barrier that is the kitchen , I don’t want to eat a meal at a bar type seating and look at the chef ! This is without a doubt the best restaurant in St Albans. Great decor great service with knowledgeable and smart team. You need to book as it is very busy, and rightly so. Every mouthful of food is a foodies delight, matched with a tasty Turkish wine... amazing.
Excellent service last night!.. Lots of food allergies and no problem at all... all individual ingredients were listed to me and was served with the most amazing food I've had in a while!.. Brilliant service! The owner provided a very personalised and reassuring service regarding food allergies and made it clear to me throughout the meal what dishes I could have and which ones to avoid. She was so lovely! Thank you Tabure... will be back in very soon!

Amazing food. My husband's choice as Turkish wouldn't have been my first choice. I am now an absolute convert. All the dishes we had were absolutely beautiful. So many new flavours. Will definitely be back. Thank you to your attentive staff.
