The staff was courteous and the coffee would rival anything that you could buy at 7-11 for less. I bought a grilled cheese pannini. The bread was your typical Dempsters sliced fare. By the time I finally got the sandwich all the moisture had been squeezed from it. The bread was very dry. The cheese was much like the standard marble that you could buy at Sobey's or Safeway. I had a really good experience here. They seem very intentionally with gluten-free orders. Many options.
Gf Breakfast Bagel is delicious and they also have amazing desserts.
