I have to say that it has been so refreshing sitting here today with my morning coffee and my book, with the most cheerful background of a happy staff who obviously care for each other and offer kindness and cheer to everyone who walks through the door. What Mark S doesn't like about Starbucks:
I would have given a better review except the guy taking the orders so close to Christmas was very rude and abrasive. I observed him while waiting for my order, and he never cracked one smile even when everyone was polite to him. He was aggressive towards a poor delivery guy who politely asked him how long his order was going to be. Message to the management, don't put your grouchiest people no festive spirit around... Always friendly staff, quick drive thru service, tasty drinks and pup cups!

The batista didn't give me the correct beverage through the drive through, by the time I realized it I was already on the road.

I’ve often had to get drinks remade at this location as they simply don’t make them properly or take the time to prepare them properly. Today was unbelievable. After waiting over 25 minutes for my drinks I was given two very badly made shaken espressos. When I brought it to the attention of the barista that these drinks were not good he visibly sighed and said they were fine. When I asked where the cold foam was that I added he told me it sank to the bottom….cold foam is not supposed to do that. I was told I’d be put to the back of the queue if I wanted them re made. I get they were busy. But at $10/drink the sloppiness and lack of care especially when it seems to be a pattern for this store isn’t acceptable. Won’t be returning to this location any time soon. Not worth the hassle and certainly not worth the price.
