If you’re going to list your hours as open at 7am, open at 7am. I stood outside for 11 minutes watching your employees inside past opening time before I left to catch my bus. Not to mention the times I’ve gotten there at 7am and it was dark entirely with no one in the building. I don’t really care when you’re open as long as you’re not lying to me.
