I only visit Starbucks when my daughter is in the city because she's a huge fan. Not only is the service slow at this location, I ordered a Sugar Cookie Oat Latte that tasted like watered down coffee with cream. My partner had a hot chocolate that was flavourless and only half full (I'm assuming there was whip cream on top that dissolved before we got home).
