No major expectations, given that this is the only restaurant option near the St. Mary's bird sanctuary (highly recommended, BTW) -- but their fish & chips were the best we've had anywhere on the island. Nice folks, too. (I know, everybody's nice, but still...) View all feedback.
What Yolande Piguet doesn't like about The Puffin's Perch:
We stopped here for lunch after visiting Cape St. Mary's. The service was good, as was the food. The fried fish was very good. The chowder was tasty, but not the best I've had in Newfoundland. Restaurant has free wifi. View all feedback.
Tourists who stumbled across this cute little establishment Had breakfast and really enjoyed it I would recommend Prices are great.
We randomly chose this place for a breakfast- the staff mainly spoke Spanish but that was not problem.
