Embarrassingly slow. How do they stay in business. Volleyball tournament weekend so the restaurant was busy. Obviously no leadership to coach how to handle large groups. People left because they were tired of waiting. How much more money would have been made if another person...or 2 would have been called in!!
I know she was new but that's no excuse for the poor service we received. 30 minutes almost before we were approached by a young waitress who couldn't serve drinks but could take the order. One member of our party couldn't get a drink because...the first 2 things she ordered weren't even in the bar stock. The third try took almost to the end of the meal before it arrived. The manager did step in to help a couple of times. My pizza was cold but tasted good. The food was fine what you expect from BP.
This Boston pizza restaurant offers a great pub like ambience with the comfort of consistency in both service and food. My server Riley was awesome, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. My meal was hot, fresh and cooked exactly as I wished.
Don't get me wrong. The service was great. The waitressess were excellent. The pizza was medicore at best. For a pizza place that's terrible news. No suace on the pizza. Asked for crispy ,got half baked. No draft beer that night. This is a franchise,
Pizza one of the worst I have eaten in years. Will never happen again. Shrimp bites weren't too bad. Pizza value very poor. $15 dollars for a small. Not even close to the right price. I would have no problem paying $15 dollars for quality.
