My wife and I visit Port Dalhousie several times a year.Every time we go another restaurant is closed. We always end up eating at the Kilt. We have never had a bad meal. The decor never changes but thats what a local pub is supposed to look like. Last week I had the steak special. My wife wasent very hungry so I told her I would share my steak and fries. As locals my wife and family and I go here regularly. The food is pretty good and the daily specials are good value. Bar staff and servers are usually good too. But on a recent visit we had a most miserable young woman who didn't crack a smile the whole time. A few of our group have restaurant experience and we all agreed she should have taken the day off.
