Chang Noi's has always been my favourite place for Thai cuisine! I drive from out of town just for their Pad Thai! It's the best around!

Love the food. Hate the hours of operation. Best Thai food in niagara. The hours are horrible though. Don't open till 4 pm and closed two days a week. Makes ya...

"The food was 100% authentic homemade italian. As advertised. Our server was incredible, she was helpful and answered any questions we had. The drinks from the bar (sangria and a bloody caesar were excellent. We came in hungry and left so full that we couldn't try anything from the dessert menu. Next time tho. We'll definitely be going back to Valley Restaurant soon."
