We had a superb meal at The Fireside Grill. Two of us ordered the grilled salmon which was cooked perfectly and one ordered the ribs which looked scrumptious. Service. And ambiance was good. Salad before meal took minutes to be delivered. Server said salad guy was busy but restaurant was maybe full. Then entree served minutes after we received salads. Frustrating! Vegetables were overcooked and mushy. Server offered to replace vegetables but we just had salad instead. My wife got nice free dessert for her birthday, that was nice.
