Very rude customer service . I asked for my receipt back and the lady working said she would give it to me only if she could . I'm 100% sure receipts get saved in the computer and she could've just reprinted it but whatever . My coffee was pretty gross too . Looks like she didn't want to come in that morning . No line inside. Drive through at least 15 deep. Use the app and your order will be ready fast!
Amanda at the drive through is one of the sweetest people I have ever experienced in a drive through before. Excellent job hiring her!! She was extremely genuine.
I always go to target I love target!! But today out of all the times I've went. I got the best customer service ever. I believe the mans name was Glenn(not sure if I spelled it right) he's an older man that was in the electronics side. He made my day. Made me laugh and explained very well everything I needed to know about the bundle of Nikon camera I bought. I was very very satisfied with his connection he had towards me. He really makes sure you get what you are looking for. And Is very knowledgeable in the electronics section. Thank you Glenn for your great service. Will def. go back just to say hi to you
I use to spend thousands of dollars at Target, but I cant even buy much anymore because I get shocked so bad on the carts, winter and summer. They should get the all plastic carts like they have in Wheaton, il or get anti shock wheels. The South Elgin one is the same for getting shocked. I believe it is something in the floor tiles. I now go to Meijer or Walmart. The employees also say they really get shocked on the carts too.
Target is generally a nice place to shop. I do most of my grocery shopping there. However, you have to pay close attention to the sale price tags as they are often misplaced. Several items that claim to be on sale do not show up as such when checking out. That is typical on every visit. Also items are frequently mis stocked on the shelves? Employees are friendly and helpful but whoever stocks and puts pricing on the shelves (in grocery) must be reading at a 3rd grade level.
