What Nick Ryan doesn't like about Burger Rebellion:
The worst customer service ever! The website says they're open until 8pm, I called at 7:15pm to place a takeout order for 7:45 and was flat out told no! I had to pick it up by 730 or get nothing. IF YOU ONLY WANNA SERVE CUSTOMERS TILL 730 THEN CLOSE AT 730!!!! RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope it was worth the hundreds of dollars my work spends there every week to turn away a paying customer! View all feedback.
