Appetizers and lunch were both great. Of course beverages are always good. Waitress was friendly and curtious. It's a favorite place for us.

"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"Did someone say... Chicken Shack? I didn't. Usually it's always great. The roasted chopped potatoes were not cooked as usual. The onion rings were kind of fat. The chicken was great. My husband loved his ribs. But his dinner role was totally smashed flat when she closed the box. Or good dinner."

"This was a favorite place I like to eat for lunch until today. I had said the waitress if I wanted something else I said no to her, I asked if I could get a discount on the bill as she was sent back, she said it was halfway away, I looked at her after two bites. She said she looked at it and sure it was halfway away. I was so disappointed from there service! I will not return to this place."
