Delicious!!!!!! One of my favorite places for cupcakes is Pink Elephant. If you haven 't tired them, you are missing out. I had an event and needed 100 cupcakes, so of course, I wanted guests to enjoy the best cupcake around. I ordered: Raspberry Truffle, Pink Elephant, Lemon, Champagne, and Sugar Cookie. The flavor variety is unique and service was great, but most tasted dry. Out of a dozen cupcakes, 3 were considered very good (by my family members). I didn't order ahead and just picked them up on a Saturday morning. I really liked that there is a case to pickup orders they take over the phone and preorders (no waiting in line).
