Be careful when placing an order over the phone or via text. They will not give you the proper instructions and then act like you didn't send them the correct info needed to start the order in which my wife did with proof. And when you prove them wrong by sending them the screenshots of the conversation, they still try to backpedal without any apologies and will stop answering your calls. A 12 year old was unable to...
