We have been visiting Lizzy’s for years now. A good menu with daily specials. Though everything I’ve had has been delicious, I find it hard to break away from Lizzy’s Welsh Rarebit as it’s just the best! So cheesy and tasty. Paninis are another favourite and you must try the home made cakes (made by Lizzys mother) take a slice home if you’re too full, they are too good to miss. read more.

A friend and I visited on Saturday. Extremely disappointed to have to say my meal was really bad . Parts of it missing celery and apple on a ham ploughman’s and an inedible roll. The cafe in the kitchen was abrupt and rude and unapologetic. There was no one sitting inside and only 4 other people eating at the time which already had there meals .
