In our 7 course menu with wine pair, we liked the pairing, the sommelier had an incredibly good selection of matching red and white weep and managed to serve me totally unknown highlights. we like to come back.

Best restaurant in St.Gallen. the service was very accommodating and sympathetic. eating something high-end, for me so far that best gourmet restaurant. special composition and craftsmanship. we have strayed and dreamed of eating such. extremely gifted and creative chef and the whole kitchen crew delivered highlights at the piece. already the appetizer was great.In particular the randen panacotta was phenomenal.Essen, service, atmosphere 10/10 points.Can everyone recommend it only.
