What Sharon Cannon doesn't like about Irmita's Casita Mexican:
It was a very busy time. We finally got our takeout and went home. I was so disappointed that my pork enchiladas had hardly any rice with it and very little beans as well which were very watery . But what can you do when you don 't know this until you get home? We 've never had this experience before at Irmitas. One of the highest rated in St. George. This is probably the best Mexican food I have ever had. It is in an old house off Bluff Street and I was surprised. It is very authentic with great flavor. The chips are store bought and not good. They charge for extra chips. The service was not great but they are short staffed and very friendly. I say?. definitely going back.
Food and service were EXCELLENT! Highly recommend! We got a mulita, chimichanga, shrimp enchiladas and nachos.. I am craving them all already. The red and green salsas were also delicious! Can't wait to come back.
I should have gone to your restaurant instead of Pancho and Lefty's. It was a total disaster. Next time, I'll choose your place.
The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and efficient! This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in St. George.
