My BFF came over to visit in Calistoga and we chose to get the CIA tour including lunch for $20/p. We were delighted with our tour guide Vicky, the history of the building, and the current curriculum. The Greystone red wine, quick lunch, and dessert were perfect! I bought a coffee and a one piece of chocolate truffle to go. When the truffle melted in my mouth, I felt a lot of hair in it. A mid-lenght brown one and a couple of short blonde hairs. It made me pretty sick. Not sure if it was supposed to be a joke of some immature students of Culinary Institute, or someone else who was preparing these, but it was extremely disgusting and I’m dissapointed.
