Visited today for food! It was absolutely lovely! I had the steak melt wrap and my partner had sausage and mash and it was cooked to perfection! The staff are so welcoming and there is such a lovely atmosphere in the pub! Everyone sitting chatting to each other and to top it off! Service with a smile Will definitely be visiting again View all feedback.

Had a night out here recently watching a band. The band was great, the pub not so much. No atmosphere in the place and pretty empty considering a band was on. There was a guy clearly very drunk and kept falling asleep, yet they carried on serving him at least another 4 pints then decided to try and throw him out for being drunk and falling asleep( he wasn't causing trouble and he didn't want to go, I don't get why th... Spuds were abit hard and vegetables and need more gravely and me mate pie was burnt around the top the filling was nice but nice food
Been here a few times now and food is great and plentiful.tried the burgers the chicken mix the fish and have always been more than happy with it.were booking again for next week!
It is so easy to complain about things hence why I have added this positive review The food was excellent .. thank you Chef! Brilliant value for money hence why I have now visited a few times, the chicken New Yorker is very good.
