Dang's Little Dragon - Feedback

What J Scholl doesn't like about Dang's Little Dragon:
Quick and friendly service, but we did not enjoy the flavor of the food. All 4 dishes tasted like it was missing an ingredient. The Pad Me Maw (drunken noodle) was dry and sticky and very vinegar (acidic). Our Pad Thai was sour and we didn't even taste the peanut sauce or peanut anything. I lived in Thailand for a few years, and I test out as many Thai places as I can by ordering Panaang curry. This place brought me back by taste alone. The owner is a very kind, thai gentleman who I talked to in Thai. He knows his stuff.If you're looking for an authentic taste and a lot of it, Dang has your back.
