I’ve only been to this location twice but both times they did not give me any cutlery/straws. I went through the drive thru and double checked with the cashier and asked if the straw and spoon were in the bag; they were not. I couldnt eat my sundae as I was in the car and it made it difficult to drink my soda with the cover off as there were many bumps on the road so a straw would have helped both times. The food is... Their Chill section is sometimes closed, only the so-called Grill section is open at these times.
