"Asif was very friendly and accommodating!Butter chicken is the absolute best, hands down. Don't hesitate to try it, will not disappoint.I tried the beef biryani, not sure it was my favorite. Perhaps the spices used are unfamiliar to my Canadian palate. I'll warn Canadians Newfoundlanders who haven't tried it before, it has quite a strong flavor which you may not expect.Thanks as always, I certainly will be back for the butter chicken."

"A nice location for a coffee break after hiking up or down Signal Hill, the historic site in St. John's, Newfoundland. Alot of speciality coffee choices with cookies, salads. Love the paintings and canvas prints on the walls. I think they are on consignments. Great for the artists and the patronage enjoying a coffee break.. Live music jamming sessions in the evening with packed crowd. Musicians can register thru their sign up sheets and play for 15 minutes.. A very cosy friendly small cafe for locals and also visitors to and from Signal Hill area. Will drop back to have coffee often for sure."

"We had a very long wait for our dinner which was a simple salad and spaghetti with meat balls. The chef was cooking one meal at a time and even for a small place it took a while. The spaghetti was good, didn't care for the balls. Our server was great and the atmosphere fine. I would go back to try the espresso side of things."

"The service and food were spectacular, hence the reason this place is one of the top restaruants in Newfoundland. Yes the price might be a little high for some, but well worth it. Not a place to come to if you're looking for a burger or wings."

"Easily the worst tacos I've ever had, I'm almost certain their tex mex ground beef is mixed with beans or something to save costs, the lady who made my tacos was very nice but made my tacos terribly, she only put the ingredients in the very middle of the shell so most my tacos were just ground beef and one or two good bites in the middle with cheese covering 20% of the taco.I definitely won't be back."
