Stopped in for a quick bite the day we arrived in St. John's. Very friendly service from the start in an Irish pub atmosphere. I decided on the buffet which was a choice or combo of breakfast items or Sunday turkey dinner, complete with mussels, fried chicken and jigs! I had high hopes for this place. Don't get me wrong it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. It was busy no doubt as it is tourist season. They were out of a few menu items one being the chowder which I really wanted to try but it wasn't too terrible. Had the calamari, it was just ok.
