What User likes about Chang's Buffet:
This is the regular North American Chinese that we are all familiar with; sweet and sour chicken, chop sui, egg roll etc., of good quality, however the portions on take away were HUGE and for that I give them a very good rating. The prices were VERY reasonable for take out. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chang's Buffet:
They have been closed for a couple of months now. Are they going to re-open? The buffet wasn't bad and the price was right. There is always a delay in refilling the steam trays. Good variety. Dessert is pretty measly. View all feedback.
