After being discouraged (in part to my friend's bad planning) by the crowds on 5 May, I made my way to Soul Azteka with a coworker for lunch. I am SO GLAD I did. Probably the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. Decent prices, quality food, amazing salsa. This definitely fills a hole in the St. John's food scene. I only wish they were open longer! read more.

We went for a late lunch. The daughter who was about 8 years old was giving out menus and taking orders. Mom was busy trying to soothe a cranky toddler in the dining area. It was chaos.
