I love the Auntie Anne’s in Independence, MO. Unfortunately the Manager/Staff member (older, short haired, dirty blonde) at the Saint Joseph location puts the name to shame. Extremely rude to customers. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for fresh pretzel dogs, and asked if we could shop and come back in 15 minutes.
