What User doesn't like about Kris And Kate's Ice Cream:
We ordered a large sundae with the included two toppings, but they insisted on charging us for a specialty sundae since it was the same two toppings. We decided to give it a try anyway, but it was very disappointing. There was only about a tablespoon of whipped cream and barely any hot fudge sauce. We waited all winter for this restaurant to open. I adore root beer floats, and after moving out of Washington state, I had been on the hunt for another one made with real ingredients that lives up to its reputation. This place was by far the best I found nearby. Their root beer floats were fantastic, and I especially enjoyed their oversized straws.
This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly and the seating options were great. I really enjoyed the Oreo Volcano Sundae that I ordered. It was delicious and had large chunks of brownie in it!
I appreciate the variety of flavors of shakes and malts at this restaurant, as well as the fact that they offer more than just ice-based options.
My wife and I go once a month or more, this is a cherry mash twister with extra cherry mash. Not pleased with how little was added.
Honestly I don't like soft serve ? as much as real ice cream ?. However the ambiance is a major selling point and I like to support local business.A little while ago there was a change in ownership/management and while they raised the prices they also improved the quality substantially.So if you haven't been in a while give it a try.
