I used the drive thru window and when passing my order out, which included wings and a package of blue cheese, it would help if they put it in a bag before handing it to me instead of asking after I have it in the car already. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The Southern Pizza Hut experience was terrible. I was charged over $50 and did not receive my pizza. When I called to inquire about my delivery, I was informed that the restaurant did not receive the order. This was clearly a lie! They told me to contact my bank to resolve the issue. The BBQ sandwich has blown away my expectations and the Cajun friars were crispy and tasteful. I was very impressed because I had not many expectations.
I ordered my pizza and it was over an hour before I even got it then your driver Rusty Donaldson gave my pops to somebody else and was supposed to bring some back and never did I even called him and he said he was on his way but he never showed up
Make the pizza right. Pay attention to the order. We ordered Taco Pizza with no onions as my husband is allergic. After driving 30 minutes home we realized they put on the onions!! At the store when picking up they had made bread sticks instead of the Cinnabons we ordered so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the right thing while the pizza sat and got even colder.
Delivery time was horrible. Pizza was cold. There was no marinara sauce with breadsticks
Was late 45 min and forgot half my order and had to bring back and was cold
