What User likes about The Woodman:
we arrived 45 minutes early from reading traveled and expected to wait in the bar area until our table available as the restaurant was quite busy. we were greeted with a warm smile and a table showed and said that there could be a 40-minute waiting for food, but ordered it was served within 15 minutes, again with a friendly smile. whoever does the customer training really does a great job. overall a great experience. As a group of four we all said that welcoming in to our table was quick and efficient, after looking at the menu proceeding to the bar to order was easy and greeted with a nice attitude. The food came to us with just a small waiting time. On reading the menu I noticed that 2 for 1 had finished and the prices were down to near enough the single price I think that is better.
