What Alonzo A likes about Shapiro's Market:
Stopped in for some breakfast this morning and was helped by an extremely nice gentleman. Had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Eggs were cooked nicely, bacon was perfect. But that bread, wow! Great bread, soft yet chewy. Very clean spot and has all essentials. Reminds me of the bodegas in NYC that I used to frequent. Stop in, it's a gem in a neighborhood that doesn't have a lot to eat in that immediate area. View all feedback.

"Was a bit confused when my dinner date and I tried to go indoors, only to find that the entirety of the interior building was the kitchen. Apparently they only serve for curbside pickup and takeout. However a friendly hostess who was taking orders out front showed us a paper menu and encouraged us to order online for pickup, which we did. The food arrived promptly to us waiting out front and accurate to what we ordered. Our dishes (my companion got the chicken bibimbap and I got the sizzling beef) included an array of delicious and colorful ingredients, packaged neatly for takeout, and proved to be a filling and delightful customer experience. The food and friendliness will definitely secure our decision to return in the future!"
