Imo's Pizza Westport Plaza - St. Louis

The experience we had at Imo's Pizza was just what we anticipated. While staying at the Sheraton Chalet, we ordered from the Westport Plaza location. We placed our pizza order at 8:30 PM, and it arrived right on time—hot and fresh! We also tried the salad and roasted ravioli, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered!

This place has a fantastic location for a late-night pizza after a night out in Westport. We ordered online while still at Westport Social and picked up a delicious, fresh pizza and some t-ravs just 15 minutes later. The staff was friendly, and the place looked extremely clean!

This restaurant is fantastic! The ingredients are more flavorful than usual, and the sauce has a nice hint of sweetness. The crust is firm but does get a bit soft if it sits for too long. The Provel cheese is excellent; it has a creamy texture similar to Velveeta, with a flavor that combines about 40% provolone and 60% white cheddar (though you won't notice the swallow). I would have given it five stars, but the pizza wasn't very enjoyable the next day when I had it cold. Still, it's definitely worth trying because it’s such a unique twist on traditional pizza! The customer service was outstanding as well. I was really impressed—when the supplier forgot the sauce, the staff handled it like pros and quickly returned with it! I also called to let the manager know how much we appreciated the service and the food. The buffalo sauce was delicious, reminiscent of a thick butter-red hot wing sauce.

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. I have been going to original imo for many years and was glad that the taste at this place was the same.

Took 1.5 hours for my pizza to finally show up. Mind you i ordered at 2 in the afternoon so not during a rush. Also staying at a hotel that's a 5 min walk from the store. The pizza is room temperature but I like the taste which is why I'm even giving it two stars. My ranch dressing I ordered with it is extremely hot. (weird) also I ordered the lunch special and after waiting that long I didn't receive my coke. The driver said she had an extra coke on the car from the last delivery so she went back to grab it. Completely flat like it had been sitting there forever. Also, I don't mind that people smoke but when my food is delivered and the driver smells so bad of smoke it makes me think she was either smoking in car with my food or the more likely reason my food sat there while she took a smoke break. I stay at this hotel alot for work and will never order from here again. Also after telling them I have been waiting 1.5 hours for a small lunch pizza there was no offer to make it right with me .
