Customer service price- I ordered in my app and ordered early. Just as everywhere they are short-circuited and had no driver available. when I called for my order, they gave me an immediate update. I usually love jimmy John’s, but I have two terrible experiences with this place and don’t want to order from there again. the first time it took two hours to get my food. today I ordered and an hour went by, then I got a notification that my food had arrived.
