Today, Chelsea assisted me with my change for a $20 bill at the restaurant. Her manager seemed reserved while I was still waiting for my order. I am grateful for Chelsea exceeding my expectations. Overall, the restaurant staff performed as I had anticipated. My total order came to more than $20. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The management needs to be more attentive and help the young women taking orders. They should not have to spend all their time grilling cheese. It would be beneficial to hire someone new to assist with this task, instead of making the staff rush and feel overworked. The current management appears lazy and in need of improvement.
