since 2006 I sat here. parking was always free with a two-hour stay for restaurants this year they have carried out a no related parking at weeks. it cost us almost $29 to park while in the sea horse cafe dining room. I don't want to say that I'll never dinate there again. the management has made a very bad decision. paula whitney read more.
