Elevated gluten free baking without eschewing class, taste, or presentation. On the pricier end but when you’ve gone without good bread for so long and are familiar with the cost of the necessary baking ingredients it’s worth it.Dine in bagel options along with to-go baguettes, sourdough loaves, focaccia, buns and usually rotating sweet options. What Lauren Adams doesn't like about Adieu-glu:
$15 for burned bread. I was so excited to find gluten free sourdough bread. We bought a frozen loaf (in a zip lock bag) and got it home only to find it very burned, bitter and hard as a rock. As someone who has had to be gluten free for 14 years I've had my fair share of bad bread and this was pretty disappointing. I will be sticking to my grocery store Canyon bread...Dietary restrictions: Allergy friendly.
