What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I visit this restaurant almost daily, but they consistently get things wrong. Despite asking for extra sugar multiple times, they still forget it. They also seem to have trouble retaining their staff. I'm tired of wasting my money here—if they actually drank coffee, they wouldn't serve this subpar product. I don't usually do this, but that was the worst experience I ever had with a dunkin donuts. I asked for a cake-batter-Latte, they said it was discontinued. funny because the other places have them. okay. I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich with speck. by csr “You do not come with bacon”. like you. now, that was not successful I asked about the croissant with cheese and smoked speck, because only the addition of speck to a grilled cheese was such a hard question. the csr said they had no croissants. I tried to make light of the situation by asking: “Well, what do they all have?” csr tilted out instead of trying to offer other options. then screamed like I wasn't an esteemed customer. they refused to supply the company number and the DM/GM information. the other staff were friendly, it was the one who worked the intercom on 22nd October at 11:45 pm. CSR training is required.
0 stars!!! The worst service ever. Completely rude. My family and I have been traveling for 2 weeks. Try to order some breakfast through the drive thru…. 3 sandwiches and a few hash browns and 2 coffees. The lady said “next time you wanna make a big order like this, you have to come in” “Y’all are doing too much” how ghetto. If they aren’t competent enough to make a $24 drive thru order than they shouldn’t be open for service.
What is happening to Dunkin? Each time I visit the Skyway Marina district location they have some major issue today at 10am on a Sunday they couldn’t serve any hot food because they were “cleaning the ovens” at peak weekend breakfast time? Last time I could t pay with my app. And there’s no way to log your receipt to get your points not to mention the inconvenience you’re company is the one who encourages the app use. Time before the worker handed me my coffee and spilled it on my arm, shirt and inside my car he offered no help i had to pull over and clean it and they wouldn’t give me a replacement. Possibly bad ownership? Step it up Dunkin should be consistent anywhere you go no excuses!
This establishment does not even deserve one star. The employees are immensely disrespectful. There is no customer service and the orders are always wrong. THE STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO!
I Love my Dunkins. However, this location was a bit of a disappointment. Asked staff about a product and they were not educated about how a particular drink was made? Not cool....
