After speaking with someone by phone, I was told that if I picked up in store that icing would take approximately 20 minutes (as we weren 't sure of the flavors we wanted). After arriving, ordering and paying, I was told 20-30 minutes. I returned 35 minutes later to be told by the young associate another 20 minutes due to defrosting the icing.
