We came here 2 years ago and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel views from the room and the not so crowded beach front. We booked this hotel again this year for one reason: Yuri. We love the friend we’ve made at the bar, he’s very welcoming, makes the best drinks and just a happy familiar face to see when we get back from dinner or grabbing a drink inbetween some beach time. I have not been greated or not greated ever. The front desk people make us feel we were interrupting them. No thanks for being an elite member not even an acknowledgement we were there for about 10 minutes. Every day we passed by the front desk and not a smile or good morning.., , nothing. When I tried to leave a review on Marriott website it said you can only leave a review if you are invited to do so. View all feedback.
