We were on the 6th floor, great view of the waterfront and pier and downtown area, reminded us of when we stayed in NOLA. The room was comfortable and great decorations. What a dump we stood there for our anniversary, and when we arrived it was nothing like the pictures. They put us up on the 6th floor, but the ac never worked. Called they told us they would send someone over. 1 hour later I told my hubby to go downstairs to see what they were doing. They moved us to a second floor and omg roaches in the room bed was so warned out, the bathroom shower was leaking. I felt so uncomfort... read more.
