What User likes about Branca Midtown:
Upscale area of Rochester New York area, specifically the downtown Rochester New York. It is located in the heart of downtown and offers up a high end selection of breakfast lunch brunch and dinner menu selections. I would highly recommend to anyone that is in the area. View all feedback.

Was here for New Year’s Eve with their prefixed menu at $85 a person. It seemed like a nice upscale restaurant at first glance, but the quality of the food did not match the price. The scallops were very rough and I had to ask the waiter for pepper with my Caesar salad instead of being offered like most other restaurants.
